Review Overview: It is a captivating, character-driven story that caused unforeseen consequences for its main subject. Aside from any damage caused to sharks, this movie is a classic for a reason. The writing, directing, acting, camera work, score, etc., are all perfect and blend harmoniously. The tension built by the score alone changed so much of how we as an audience see horror and suspense. The uphill battle that was the making of the movie makes it that much better.
